Virnig Gives Back is an initiative I’ve been fortunate to be a part of since its inception. Since launch in 2023, the giving back program has focused on philanthropy through volunteering, donations, and providing resources to organizations that make a meaningful local impact on communities surrounding our Minnesota and Tennessee facilities.
In our first year, we supported 24 organizations! One per each state, per each month. Although impactful, this pace was overwhelming, so we evolved the program into a quarterly model. Now, employees vote to select eight organizations per year, ensuring our support is both focused and meaningful. To date, we’ve partnered with food banks, schools, women’s shelters, veterans’ organizations, nursing homes, animal shelters, cancer support groups, blood drives, and more.
Our mission is to give back to the communities where we live and work. Whether gathering supplies, fulfilling wish lists, volunteering time, or donating funds, Virnig Gives Back continues to grow as a cultural cornerstone of the company.
